DESCRIPTION:Training from Rob Neale\nInternational Code Council Trainer\nSponsored By Region IV of the International Code Council \nThis course addresses the critical concepts of the 2021 International Building Code® (IBC®) regarding Chapter 7\, Fire and Smoke Protection Features. These concepts provide a basis for the analysis and identification of which components require fire-resistance ratings; where the fire-resistance-rated construction is required in building construction; where smoke-resistant construction is mandated; and the use of fire door assemblies\, fire window assemblies\, penetration firestop systems\, fire dampers and smoke dampers.
