The institute will cover in detail the topics that are included on the B2 commercial building inspector certification exam and reference the same references that are used in the B2 exam with an emphasis on the code and determining compliance in the field. The topics that will be covered: general administration; building planning; footings and foundation; floor construction; wall construction and coverings; roof/ceiling construction and public safety and special construction of the commercial building inspector certification exam.
