The City of Sugar Creek, MO is accepting applications for the position of Building and Property Codes Enforcement. The Codes Enforcement position is a full-time hourly position, responsible for the enforcement of the city’s building and property maintenance codes and perform all other duties normally encountered in connection with building inspections, and existing property maintenance code enforcement.
Applicants with an associate’s degree or higher degree preferred. Experience in building inspections, construction and code enforcement is preferred. An equivalent of experience and education will be considered. Salary to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time (This is a non-exempt benefits eligible position.)
Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
